2019 Fall Election Results

The Stargate School Election Committee received 5 applications for 5 open seats on the School Accountability Committee. With the same number of candidates for office as seats to be filled and no other matters proposed for the ballot, the Stargate Board of Directors voted at its Sept. 25 meeting to cancel the Fall 2019 election and to declare the following individuals elected by acclamation: 
  • Apsara Aryal, parent member seat, School Accountability Committee
  • Rob Cernich, parent member seat, School Accountability Committee
  • Lindsey Paquette, parent member seat, School Accountability Committee
  • Bethanny Tarantino-Kelly, staff member seat, School Accountability Committee
  • Patrick Williams, staff member seat, School Accountability Committee
Each of the staff seats are for 2-year terms. Two of the parent seats are for 2-year terms and the other parent seat is for a 1-year term. The three newly elected parent members will decide among themselves which candidates receive which seats.
