News from the Board: "In case you missed it": The Board last met on January 21st where they received an update on the school expansion, including a status update from the Stargate Property Corporation and a presentation from Mr. Cable as he continued his interview for the High School Principal position; were updated on the Community Survey participation; discussed the success of the 20th anniversary celebration; reviewed the quarterly financial report; approved the allocation of funds from the J. Irwin Grant for additional iPads and Chrome Books for use in classrooms; completed the mid-year review of Principal Josh Cochran; agreed on an updated version of the application for new Board and elected committee members; and discussed options for engaging the community to vote on changes to the Bylaws.
