Upcoming Board Meetings: January 21st: Business Meeting at 6:30 PM at Stargate February 18th: Business Meeting at 6:30PM at Stargate Stargate Governance 101: Why does my vote matter? In order to make changes to certain sections of the Bylaws, we need at least 30% of our community to vote even if the agreement is in the majority of the voters. Our voter turnout is not usually that high. Not enough votes could mean that we lose an opportunity to be flexible in our strategic and responsible growth. The election committee will make it very easy and simple to cast your vote. The Board will communicate the proposed changes and hold information sessions so that you understand them before the vote. You'll need to be sure to cast your vote. |
