Stargate Governance 101:
Are Charter Schools public schools? Charter Schools, including Stargate School, are public, tuition-free schools that offer options and opportunities for all students. They are held accountable both academically and financially. Stargate is authorized as a public charter school through the Adams 12 School District and is required to maintain academic standards as well as financial and governance stability. This agreement is renewed every five years with the District and is required to go through an extensive third party review at that time to verify financial stability and governance performance.

If you have a question for the board, please send an email to governance@stargateschool.org.
