News from the Board:
"In case you missed it": The latest business meeting of the Board was held on December 12th. For those not able to attend, here are some highlights: The Board received an operational update from Acting Head of School Josh Cochran, reviewed the proposed survey questions for the School climate surveys, discussed the plan for the Head of School Search Committee, approved the revised Election policy and reviewed and approved the tool to be used in evaluation of the Acting Head of School.
Coming Soon: The Website committee has been hard at work creating a new and improved Stargate School website. This site will go live on January 1, 2013. You will still be able to view teacher blogs, get key school information and dates and find links to order lunch. In addition, improvements to the Governance portal will provide greater transparency for all Governance activities, including summaries of meetings and committee work. We look forward to your feedback in the new year.
